Just Communications
Just Communications apply decades of award-winning experience in television and radio to provide expert webcast production and training services.
WHY WEBCAST?
Webcasts are fast becoming one of the most popular ways to communicate. They are quick and easy to produce (we can even train you how to do it yourselves), yet they reward you with an engaging, direct and tailor-made message which can be distributed among your organization quickly and effectively. Download an Mp3 or short film in a few minutes, and it can be listened to or watched anywhere.
Today, one third of the British population listen to radio broadcasts on the internet (webcasts) or individual programmes via podcasts. 7.8 million people regularly download podcasts - on average, 5 a week - and 64% listen to these podcasts on an Mp3 Player (Rajar, July 2009). And with websites like iPlayer and Youtube, there’s a rapidly growing audience for visual webcasts too.
Content-rich webcasts are increasingly used for both internal and external communications by organisations that have realised just how powerful a tool it is. Webcasting is no longer the secret domain of ‘techie aficionados’. In fact, we’ll show you that it is pretty straightforward and painless and you have every right to use it!
Right now, you could be talking to people within your organisation: members; customers; suppliers and existing clients. Webcasts also provide an excellent way to reach out to new ones, proving that you are up-to-date with the latest, most engaging media. Digital film and audio are highly flexible - be it a one-off film or a regular series, we can create the right webcast for you.

“Stick a microphone in front of a CEO and say, "What would you like to tell employees today?" and you’ll get a much quicker buy-in than setting a keyboard in front of them and saying, "write or blog a message for the world to read."
WHAT IS A WEBCAST FOR?
Webcasts are highly flexible, and can be used for a host of important functions within your organization. They are a vital way of communicating with your colleagues. Unlike text documents they can be downloaded onto portable Mp3 players and listened to anywhere. They can be used for:
- Staff training
- Product updates
- Daily news, events and gossip
- Information about new recruits
- Learning seminars
- Discussions with industry players and management to enliven and stimulate thinking
- Dealing with both good and bad news
- Adding value to your website
Looking outwards, webcasting can be used to communicate your message to a much wider audience. Sharing websites with people outside your organization will help with:
- Marketing and business development with both existing and new clients
- Brand refinement
- Product launches
- Developing new clients
- Widening your business profile
In an age overloaded with text-based communication - emails, reports, memos, press releases - using a webcast will help you stand out from the crowd. Webcasts enable you to craft a message and target the right people in the most direct way possible - almost as though you were talking to them in person. Webcasts get you listened to.

Every time you say something, you’re telling a story - and everyone remembers a good story. Your webcast is your story and you’re in charge. We can help you to create a powerful narrative, visual or audio programme …. and we can also teach you how to do it for yourselves.
