Hildur Guðnadóttir: In the Studio

Hildur Guðnadóttir is the first solo woman to have won an Oscar, BAFTA and Emmy for a musical score – for the film Joker. We join her in her studio in Berlin, where she explains an approach to music making that incorporates ‘found’ sounds and, though she is principally a cellist, a variety of instruments.

And we follow her to the National Theatre in London, where she provides the music for Electra/Persona, starring Cate Blanchett.
